3.2 Authorized Dealers
- Register eligible farmers in the system
- Submit subsidy applications on behalf of farmers
- Allocate approved devices with valid IMEI numbers
- Maintain accurate records of device distribution
- Comply with all subsidy scheme guidelines
- Liability: Dealers are responsible for verifying farmer eligibility and ensuring devices are distributed only to approved beneficiaries
3.3 Government Officials
- Review and approve/reject subsidy applications
- Verify device authenticity and proper usage
- Monitor geofence compliance for allocated devices
- Conduct audits and inspections as required
- Take action against fraudulent activities
3.4 Farmers (Beneficiaries)
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Use subsidized devices as per scheme guidelines
- Maintain devices within designated geographical boundaries
- Cooperate with verification and inspection processes
4. Account Registration and Security
- All users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts
- OTP-based authentication is mandatory for government officials
- Unauthorized sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited
- The System reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security violations
5. Data Accuracy and Verification
- All information entered into the System must be accurate and complete
- Device IMEI numbers must be valid and registered with authorized manufacturers
- Location coordinates will be verified using GPS and geofencing technology
- False information may result in subsidy cancellation and legal action
6. Geofencing and Location Monitoring
The System uses geofencing technology to ensure subsidized devices remain within designated areas:
- Devices must operate within assigned state, district, or taluka boundaries
- GPS coordinates are tracked for compliance verification
- Unauthorized movement of devices may trigger alerts
- Government officials will investigate geofence violations
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Submit false or fraudulent subsidy applications
- Manipulate or tamper with device IMEI numbers
- Transfer subsidized devices to ineligible persons
- Use the System for unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access data or features beyond their authorization level
- Interfere with the System's security or operations
- Create duplicate accounts or registrations
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the System are owned by the government and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not:

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. Subsidy Scheme Compliance

11. Penalties for Non-Compliance
Violations of these terms may result in:

- Recovery of subsidy amounts with interest
- Blacklisting from future subsidy schemes
- Legal action under applicable laws
- Criminal prosecution for fraud or forgery
12. Limitation of Liability
The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The government shall not be liable for:

- Data loss due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

13. Data Protection and Privacy
